We have been collaborating with non-government organisations, universities and business organisations from Turkey, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus, Macedonia, Albania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Austria and so on.
As a partner in Erasmus+ projects StartinForum International Consultancy LTD Company (SUD) comes up with a wide range of services in the areas of international education, business, tourism, software development, languages and translation.
The company develops and implements international and local projects, organises educational programs and courses, holds international conferences in the fields of education and technology, psychology and business, language studies. It provides consultancy to the educational establishments of different levels, including primary schools, NGO, private organisations and universities worldwide.
The company widely supports academic activities and cooperation of international scholars and units by establishing and sponsoring International Association for Technologies, Education and Language Studies (IATELS http://iatels.com ).
By the united efforts of the academicians from different countries we hold three International conferences – “Pedagogical Advances in Technology-Mediated Education (PATME http://patme.iatels.com )”, “International Conference on Language Studies, Translation and Education (LASTE http://laste.iatels.com)” and “International Conference on Applied Psychology and Business Management” (APBM http://apbm.iatels.com).
With the aim of enhancing English language competences and intercultural awareness we designed and implemented international educational project for the local schools “Learn & Play English”, which embraced a wide range of cultural and educational activities for the students of primary, secondary and high schools in cooperation with the language experts from various countries (Romania, Nigeria, Ukraine, Russia, Albania, Turkey, etc.).
The company supports the development of “English IATELS – English Worldwide” International English Academy which provides online English education for all levels of the English competence, trainings for English teachers for their professional development, intensive and short-term courses on Business and Academic English. The Academy works online teaching students from Turkey, Indonesia, Albania, Ecuador, Czech Republic, Ukraine and many others.
We also work at the establishment of the International Institute of Psychology and Business Management, a research and educational institution which is going to work internationally providing psychological consultations, courses and educational programs on Psychology with the emphasis on Education, Social and Organisation Psychology, Business Management.
To add to the educational activities the company provides publishing services for teaching and learning materials, advertisement brochure and info booklets, books and manuals, etc.
In the area of software our experts develop websites and different types of e-systems for the purposes of education and business. In the domain of e-learning and digital education, our team members have been actively involved in the international projects on enhancing pre-service teachers’ competences in ICT and online learning, development of methodology for using Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for the refugees’ language and vocational training, designing MOOCs for the university students’ at their master level of education.

Skills and Expertise of The Key Staff:
Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret, PhD in Educational Psychology, PhD in Education Studies., Chair of the Board of Startinforum, IATELS Committee Chair. Prof. Dr. Iryna Sekret has been working in a number of universities of Ukraine and Turkey, occupying academic and administrative positions in concern of the foreign languages education, psychology, e-learning, international cooperation and students’ mobility. She is a member of a number of academic committees for organising conferences, reviewing boards of journals and conference proceedings. At present she is in charge for managing international education and research projects in StartinForum LTD (Turkey). Prof. Dr. I.Sekret is the author of more than 100 publications, an active participant of international projects in the fields of education, language training, organisational psychology, MOOCs. Her research interests are in the areas of e-learning, educational and business psychology, foreign language education, language and translation studies.
Reuben Musgrave, BA in English Language and Literature, University of Richmond, MA in English, University of Richmond, PhD Candidate in English, University of Maryland (USA),is a communication professional and business advisor with more than 30 years of experience in teaching, consulting, writing and editing, speechwriting for employers, including the National Geographic Society and the White House. He has held teaching positions at the University of Maryland (both the undergraduate school and in the adult education division, University College of the University of Maryland); Virginia Commonwealth University; and Norfolk State University. He continues his professional career in the field of public relations, business and educational consultancy, English teaching.
Merve Polat, BA in Translation and Interpretation, Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University (Turkey) is a language specialist in English, Turkish and French. She is also an expert in teaching English courses to the students of different levels and ages. She is actively involved in volunteering activities to support students with fewer opportunities, the activities of the youth organisations in Turkey and abroad.
Andrii Sekret, Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after О. S. Popov, Department of Computer Engineering, Department of Business Administration (Ukraine). He has expertise in the software development and infrastructure such as HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT (& Jquery and some other libraries), PHP (& MVC platforms), SQL. He works on developing websites and e-systems for education and business, among them shopping sites, price comparison sites, cloud-based applications, business planning applications,etc. He is also actively involved in volunteering activities, providing educational support in the domains of digital and economic literacy for the students with fewer opportunities. Being an expert in CEO he works in the field of the public relations and business management internationally. He is also in charge of the content development and the representation of the company’s business in Ukraine.
The staff of the company participated in a number of European Union projects in the statuses of full partnership, associated partnership and as a volunteering organisation, contributing to EU projects research, dissemination of their results, implementing the project educational programs into the context of other educational establishments.
