Following a series of extensive discussions focused on the long-term educational needs of the region, the partnership received the formal seal of approval from the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The partnership moved from digital boardrooms to physical reality as the leadership delegation from the Surkhandarya Centre traveled to Bursa, Turkiye.
In the historic and industrial heart of Bursa, our teams came together not just to sign a document, but to build a foundation for a trans-national educational corridor.

The signed agreement outlines a comprehensive framework designed to modernize the educational ecosystem of the Surkhandarya region. Our collaboration is anchored in four key pillars:
- Professional Development for School Administrators: Implementing modern “Educational Leadership” models that focus on strategic management, crisis resolution, and institutional branding.
- Teacher Excellence & Modern Pedagogy: Training educators in innovative teaching methodologies, student-centric classroom management, and psychological support frameworks.
- Digital Transformation & ICT Integration: Jointly developing frameworks for integrating digital tools into the daily curriculum, ensuring that the Surkhandarya region stays at the forefront of the global “EdTech” revolution.
- International Linguistic Standards: Utilizing the experience of English IATELS coordinated by STARTINFORUM to enhance the professional English proficiency of staff and students, facilitating their entry into the global academic community, develop and implement other language courses for the professional needs of the teachers, students and school administrators of Uzbekistan.
