Joining BIPACT Global Alliance
BIPACT registration is designed to be a highly secure, professional process that maintains the integrity of our international network.
We welcome both distinguished individual professionals and established corporate organizations who share our commitment to commercial progress, industry synergy, and high-level standard-setting.

Registration Statuses and Levels
Applicants can register under one of two primary statuses, depending on their professional focus and organizational goals:
Status A: Stakeholder
This status is reserved for impactful business companies, productions, individual professionals, academic directors, research pioneers, and policy advisors who guide the strategic development of the alliance.
Stakeholders do not operate as trading businesses within the network but provide the core intellectual capital and standard-setting frameworks.
Status B: Member
This status is designed for active corporate entities, production companies, raw material suppliers, and trade logistics organizations. Membership is divided into two distinct levels:
-
Level 1: Associate Member: Designed for expanding business organizations, regional distributors, and emerging producers seeking to align with international trade practices.
-
Level 2: Alliance Partner: Designed for established primary producers, large-scale manufacturers, and premier logistics enterprises undergoing complete commercial verification.
Acceptance Conditions
To ensure the safety and reliability of our shared ecosystem, applicants must satisfy specific conditions for acceptance:
For Stakeholder Applicants:
-
Demonstrated leadership or advisory experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, global logistics, or trade policy.
-
A documented history of contributing to industrial growth, trade development, or operational innovations.
-
A commitment to active engagement, strategic advisory, and commercial mentoring within the alliance.
For Member Applicants (Both Levels):
-
Registration as a legally recognized, active business entity in good standing within their operating jurisdiction.
-
A clear commitment to transparent commercial practices and mutual growth with other BIPACT partners.
-
Verified industrial documentations on the legal status, taxation, etc.
Required Registration Documents
To verify the identity of applicants and ensure the security of the network, the following documentation must be submitted during the verification phase:
Individual Verification (For Stakeholders and Company Representatives):
-
Valid Passport or National ID Card: A high-resolution scan of the photo and signature pages to verify the applicant’s identity.
-
Professional Credentials: A current CV or executive profile confirming your professional background, industrial experience, and advisory roles.
Corporate Verification (For Member Companies):
-
Certificate of Incorporation / Registration: Official documentation from your government registry proving the company’s legal status.
-
Proof of Authorized Signatory: A document (such as a power of attorney or board resolution) proving that the registering representative has the authority to act on behalf of the company.
-
Corporate Profile & Tax Registration: A summary of business operations, physical address, and active tax registration certificates.
The Registration Procedure
We utilize a structured, step-by-step registration procedure to onboard new partners securely:
Fill out the online application form, noting your aims and target status (BIPACT Stakeholder or Member) and preparing the required passport, identity, and company documents.
Submit your papers. Our validation team reviews your submitted credentials, conducting standard verification checks on your corporate registration or professional standing to ensure complete compliance.
A short, constructive digital meeting is scheduled with a BIPACT representative to discuss your alignment with the alliance’s commercial goals and confirm your registration details.
Upon successful verification of your identity and profile, the registration fee invoice is issued. Access to active network resources is unlocked once the payment is processed.
Your profile is activated. You receive your BIPACT digital credentials, standard contract templates, and formal introduction to active trade corridors or stakeholder advisory groups.
Fees, Waivers, and the Stakeholder Board
The Registration Fee
To support the operational management, B2B matchmaking infrastructure, and international business summits of the alliance, a registration fee is required.
This fee is only processed after the identity of the individual or the profile of the company has been fully verified and approved.
Fee Waivers
Under special conditions, the registration fee may be waived. These cases are strictly reviewed and decided on by the Stakeholder Board. Conditions for waivers include:
-
Strategic industrial associations or trade bodies partnering with BIPACT for joint economic initiatives.
-
Highly recognized global industry experts whose active involvement brings immediate strategic value, mentorship, or policy advantages to the alliance.
-
Strategic partners co-organizing international trade summits or regional business forums.
The Stakeholder Board
The Stakeholder Board is the executive leadership body of BIPACT. Rather than being a static committee, it is formed dynamically out of our active stakeholders.
-
Formation Criteria: Selection to the board is strictly merit-based, evaluating a stakeholder’s active contribution to the international growth of BIPACT, their dedication to mentoring members, and the tangible value they generate for other network partners.
-
Responsibilities: The board oversees the registration waiver process, establishes quality standards, plans international business conferences, and guides the long-term expansion of the alliance’s global footprint.
