We analyse the core problem and needs of our customers. We do it by interviewing the leadership and members which can ve involved in the case.  We also dive deeper into understanding of our customer’s background in terms of experience, potentials and availabilities which can be streamlined for solving the problem or accelerating the business development.

The Second Meeting

Deep Analysis and Business Plan Development

We analyse the targeted zones, areas, conditions or participants in terms of their compatibility with the aims and needs of our customers. The analysis is based on the data from the official sources, deep data analysis, international experience of our team, analytical insights from our network located in the targeted areas / places / sectors of work. The results of the analysis are presented to our customers for further development of the business plans and related strategies.

The Third Meeting

Business Plan Execution To Solve The Problem

We provide a business plan, a set of guidance or recommendations to solve the problem of our customer.  It can be a business scenario of work on solving the problem or meeting the needs. After our customer’s approval,  we start working on executing the plan. The progress and results are regularly reported to the customers to follow the progress and achieved results.

The Final Meeting

Evaluation, Reporting, Further Developments

At the final stage, we evaluate the work and achievements assuring their compliance with our customers’ aims and needs. The results are reported to the customer with the provision of all required data, tools, materials, etc. which are defined in our work agreement. Based on the achievements, we start planning our further works and actions.
